It is our biggest pleasure to welcome a new person to our BURO Ventures Digital Agency Team. It is an honor to have you onboard. 

On this page you will find the onboarding sequence for the part you will play, as well as the educational videos for our entire local business segment. 

We decided to have all of the educational resources on one single page, so that you can see what others in our agency are doing, as we are a big believer in transparency. 

It is important that you see all the videos that are listed under your role, as our process has been developed over a long time. However, if you have any questions regarding the tasks or your role, feel free to let us know. Transparency and being able to ask questions when you have them is one of our core beliefs.

Welcome to the sales team!

As a part of the sales team, you are the beating heart to keep our agency alive. Your role is to generate leads and make businesses know how we can help them. Don’t worry, we are with you every step on the way!

The primary task of a prospecting associate at BURO is to find businesses on primarily LinkedIn, segment and qualify these leads, so that they can be sent into our cold-email and outreach campaigns. 

The process looks somewhat like this:

1. A target audience is identified

2. Prospects are found and qualified

3. Qualified leads are added to the cold-email and outreach campaigns.

4. Interested leads are closed and turn into a client that the operations team handle and serve.

Operations team

Delivery

Welcome to the operations team!

As a part of the operations team you are the delivery and service limb of out firm. Your role is to deliver on the contracts we have signed with clients around the world. 

The primary task of a delivery associate at BURO is to run and maintain campaigns for our clients. This would involve creating Facebook and Google campaigns. 

The process looks somewhat like this:

1. A client is signed.

2. You get a brief from the sales team, and you get information form the client on what they want, depending on the contract. 

3. You create a draft for a campaign, send it and get it accepted by the client.

4. You run that campaign and send monthly reports.

Estimated monthly working hours per client: 5-15

Admin team

Management

Welcome to the admin team!

As a part of the admin team, you are the backbone of follow up and maintanace. You are out project manager, our bookkeeper and finance division.  

The primary tasks of a managament accosiate at BURO is to hold delivery accosiates accountable, as well as keeping track of the financial side of our business. You will make sure that clients pay, keep track of contracts and sending our founder team a daily, weekly and monthly report with our financial metrics.

The your tasks looks somewhat like this:

1. You follow up contracts that in the CRM system is close to reaching an end, and notifying the delivery associate that is responsible.

2. You keep track of our numbers, meaning you should send weekly and monthly summaries to the founder team. 

3. You shall run weekly checkin with the sales team to see what new tricks or new information they have about the target audience, so that the founder team can optimize our prospecting and sales process. 

4. You shall run weekly checkin with the delivery team so that you can map the flaws in production and delivery, so that we increase our customer satisfaction.
